NASHVILLE, Tn (October 20, 2025): Taylorsville, Kentucky, Native JD Shelburne will release his new single “Backroad Kinda Love” from his upcoming album Raised on the Good Stuff, this Friday, October 24th! The song, penned by Mark Nesler, Mike McQuerry & Adam Fears is an up-tempo and rocking anthem that has grown to be a crowd favorite at the live shows. All Country News will premiere the song on socials this Friday.
“#1 hit songwriter Mark Nesler has been in my corner a long time and has pitched me so many catchy songs through the years. This particular one was pitched to me during the summer, and I instantly fell in love with the up-tempo style the minute I heard it. It’s a show opener, and I love the vibe of it and how hard the chorus hits. It’s sure to make you drive fast, and those are the kind of songs I want my fans to feel. It fits my style perfectly and has taken my album to a whole new level. I am grateful to get my hands on this future hit song!” – JD Shelburne
The song will be available on all music platforms this Friday, October 24th, at midnight.
Shelburne will release his 7th album, “Raised on the Good Stuff,” on Fri, November 14th, nationwide! The Album Celebration Concert will be held at the Kentucky Derby Museum on the same night of release and is officially sold out.
